EXTRA ELECTRICITY. There shall be no extra electricity charges for typewriters, facsimile machines, word processors, dictating equipment, adding machines, desk top calculators, lamps, or other standard 110 volt office equipment. However, Lessee shall pay Lessor monthly, as billed, for charges which are separately metered or which Lessor may reasonably compute for electricity utilized by Lessee for the following purposes: x-ray machines, hotplates, electric heaters, 220 volt equipment, computers (other than desktop or word processor computers), or other electrical service not standard for the building.
EXTRA ELECTRICITY. There shall be no electridty charges for typewriters, wordprocessor, dictating equipment, adding machines, desk top calculators, lamps, or other standard 19 volt office equipment. However, Tenant shall pay Landlord monthly, as ~iUed, for charges which are separately metered or which Landlord may reasonably compute for electridty utilized by Tenant for any equipment operated off a 220 volt line, or other electrical service not standard for the building.
EXTRA ELECTRICITY. There shall be no extra electricity charges for typewriters, facsimile machines, word processors, personal computers, computer servers, dictating equipment, adding machines, desk top calculators, lamps, or other standard 110 volt office equipment, and 220 volt copiers. However, Lessee shall pay Lessor monthly, as billed, for charges which are separately metered or which Lessor may reasonably compute for electricity utilized by Lessee for the following purposes: x-ray machines, hotplates, electric heaters, 220 volt equipment other than 220 volt copiers, computers (other than desktop, personal or word processor computers and computer servers), or other electrical service not standard for the building.

EXTRA ELECTRICITY. No additional or extra charge or surcharge will be billed or charged to Tenant by Landlord as long as Tenant pays the total utility charges for the Leased Premises prior to delinquency in the amounts as invoiced or charged to Tenant by City Public Service or applicable utility service provider.
EXTRA ELECTRICITY. There shall be no extra electricity charges for printers, desktop or laptop computers, typewriters, facsimile machines, standard business copiers or other standard 110 volt office equipment in quantities commensurate with normal office use. However, Lessee shall pay Lessor monthly, as billed, for charges which are separately metered or which Lessor may reasonably compute for electricity utilized by Lessee for the following purposes: high consumption medical equipment, 220 volt equipment excluding one standard business copier, excessive computers and servers (other than standard desktop, laptop or word processor computers), supplementary HVAC installed due to Lessee’s excessive occupant or equipment load, and other electrical service not standard for the Building, or any other items not considered Building Standard. Lessee shall pay for installation of any sub-meters to measure consumption of such extra electricity, if reasonably required.

EXTRA ELECTRICITY. There shall be no extra electricity charges for typewriters, word processors, dictating equipment, adding machines, desk top calculators, lamps, or other standard 110 volt office equipment. However, Lessee shall pay Lessor monthly, as billed, for charges which are separately metered for electricity utilized by Lessee for the following purposes: x-ray machines, hot plates, electric heaters, 220 volt equipment, computers (other than desktop, servers or word processor computers used during the normal course of business by onsite employees), or other electrical service not standard for the building. Lessee shall pay Lessor, as billed, for utilties which are sub-metered for electrical power supplied to serve equipment located in the machine room, as shown in Exhibit A and seperate air conditioning unit servicing such room.
EXTRA ELECTRICITY. (a) Subject to clauses 6(b) to 6(d), Goro Nickel shall be entitled to request at any time during the Contract Period delivery of Electricity (Extra Electricity) in excess of the Target Net Capacity in any Hour or the Contract Limit in paragraph 4(b) of the Scheduling Procedures in any year.
EXTRA ELECTRICITY. If Enercal agrees that it can provide any amount of Extra Electricity in any period, it shall use all reasonable endeavours do so. SCHEDULE 9 PENALTIES
