Extension or Amendment. The Borrower will not, except as otherwise permitted hereunder or by law, extend, amend or otherwise modify, or permit the Servicer to extend, amend or otherwise modify, the terms of any Dealer Agreement, Loan or Contract; provided, however, the Dealer Agreements may be amended in connection with the closing of or opening of a pool.

Extension or Amendment. Any extension or amendments to this Agreement must be agreed in writing and signed by the authorised representative of the Garden and by the Exhibitor/Organisation or their authorised/accredited agent.
