Exporting. Recipient agrees that it shall adhere to all U.S. Export Administration laws and regulations and shall not export any CCI to any proscribed country listed in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations unless properly authorized by both the Discloser and the U.S. Government.
Exporting. 3.1 DMD shall be responsible for compliance with all export and import regulation and payment of any related taxes of any government or governing body related to DMD's manufacture, marketing, sales and distribution of product under this Agreement. LICENSEE assures OREGON it does not intend and will not knowingly, without prior written consent and approvals (if required) of the Office of Export Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce, transmit, transfer, sell, give, or deliver directly or indirectly any INVENTIONS or Licensed Products to any foreign government, or to any company or entity operating under the aegis of, or on behalf of, any foreign government, or to any other entity whose purpose is to facilitate the transfer of INVENTIONS or Licensed Products to any foreign government, in any manner contrary to or in violation of the Export Administration Regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations of the U.S. Department of Defense or the U.S. State Department. The obligations under this clause shall survive notwithstanding termination of this Agreement.

1. Some manufacturers may require a deposit or full payment at time of order/prior to shipment. Contractor shall be notified when factory orders are placed to arrange payment/deposit.
2. Standard factory warranty unless noted. Warranty period starts as per terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Exception is taken to any specification modifying warranty period. Under most circumstances the warranty is not inclusive of labor and the contractor shall carry contingency for warranty labor.
Exporting. The export laws and regulations of the United States of America and other applicable local norms of exports apply to the On Demand Services, the services, the On Demand Materials and any other good or service derivative of the services. You accept that such control laws of export regulate your use of the On Demand Services, the Services, the On Demand Material and any other good or service derivative of the services (including technical information), and You accept to fulfill all laws and regulations (including the “deemed export” and “deemed re-export” regulations).
