Excerpts. Rights Holder will provide Babelcube a verbatim excerpt of the Translated Book not exceeding 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer. During the Distribution Period, Babelcube will have the right to use, reproduce, display and distribute such excerpt or any other excerpts from the Translated Book in any media now known or hereafter invented for purposes of advertising and promoting the Translated Book and the Babelcube service. Any such excerpts will not exceed 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer, and will be a verbatim excerpt from the Translated Book (each, a "Babelcube Excerpt").

Excerpts. Company may in its discretion perform excerpts from the Work. It will use the same lighting as for full performances except as otherwise approved in advance by Designer.

Excerpts a. The of the program in which Excerpts are inserted shall be contracted under or Agreement and receive the full Script Fee. When Excerpts comprise more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the program time, the of the program which incorporates the Excerpts will receive a share of the Production Fee and Distribution Royalty based on the number of minutes in the program written by divided by the number of minutes in the program. The remaining Production Fee and Distribution Royalty will be divided among the Writers of the Excerpts in the same manner. When Excerpts comprise twenty-five percent (25%) or less of the program time, the of the program which incorporates the Excerpts will receive one hundred percent (100%) Production Fee and Distribution Royalty. When Excerpts comprise twenty-five percent (25%) or less of the program time, of the Excerpts shall receive at least for each minute or portion thereof.
