Excerpts. Rights Holder will provide Babelcube a verbatim excerpt of the Translated Book not exceeding 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer. During the Distribution Period, Babelcube will have the right to use, reproduce, display and distribute such excerpt or any other excerpts from the Translated Book in any media now known or hereafter invented for purposes of advertising and promoting the Translated Book and the Babelcube service. Any such excerpts will not exceed 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer, and will be a verbatim excerpt from the Translated Book (each, a "Babelcube Excerpt").
Excerpts. Company may in its discretion perform excerpts from the Work. It will use the same lighting as for full performances except as otherwise approved in advance by Designer.

The Authority may take excerpts from the musical elements of a program in which a musician has participated, for use in another program, upon payment to the musician of a fee equal to the scale rate payable for the same service as in the original program, but applicable to the length of the new program in which it is to be used. Such payment shall entitle the Authority to use rights which would apply if the musician had actually performed for the new program.

Excerpts a. The of the program in which Excerpts are inserted shall be contracted under or Agreement and receive the full Script Fee. When Excerpts comprise more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the program time, the of the program which incorporates the Excerpts will receive a share of the Production Fee and Distribution Royalty based on the number of minutes in the program written by divided by the number of minutes in the program. The remaining Production Fee and Distribution Royalty will be divided among the Writers of the Excerpts in the same manner. When Excerpts comprise twenty-five percent (25%) or less of the program time, the of the program which incorporates the Excerpts will receive one hundred percent (100%) Production Fee and Distribution Royalty. When Excerpts comprise twenty-five percent (25%) or less of the program time, of the Excerpts shall receive at least for each minute or portion thereof.
Excerpts. The non-exclusive right to make or publish excerpts, synopses or summaries of the Property not to exceed 10 pages in length, for purposes of advertising, publicizing or exploiting the foregoing rights in and to the Productions (but not for sale). SPE shall offer to engage Marvel to produce and (if SPE requires printed paper copies) print any such excerpts which are in comic book format, and, if Marvel accepts such engagement, Marvel shall perform the services at rates not exceeding Marvel’s standard rates for comparable custom publishing.
