Equipment Compatibility. Franchisee shall comply with all FCC regulations regarding scrambling or other encryption of signals, Subscriber premises equipment, equipment compatibility, and facilities and equipment that permit Subscribers to fully utilize the capabilities of consumer electronic equipment while receiving Cable Service. FCC regulations governing compatibility with consumer electronics equipment, as they may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, 47 C.F.R. § 76.630, are incorporated herein by reference.

Equipment Compatibility. CLEC will use and/or connect equipment and facilities to UNEs obtained from CenturyLink that are compatible with such UNEs.
Equipment Compatibility. Customer acknowledges and understands that the Service may not be compatible with all non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to home security systems, home security systems set up to make automatic phone calls, medical monitoring equipment, fax machines, satellite television systems and computer modems.

Customer is responsible for all tax, accounting, and financial obligations that result from your cryptocurrency mining activities, including any applicable importation and exportation taxes for Customer’s Equipment. • Communication. Customer is solely responsible for providing to us any information we require to provide the Services, including giving us instructions with respect to items of Customer’s Equipment that are broken and need repairs or part replacements that are outside the scope of the routine maintenance services included in the Base Fees.

Equipment Compatibility. Customer agrees that it is responsible for all communications between Customer and the Fidelity System. When communicating with, or transferring Data to, or receiving Data from, Fidelity, Customer shall, at its own cost and expense, use and maintain only such terminals, modems and other hardware, firmware and software (herein collectively referred to as the “Equipment”) as may be compatible with the systems and communications networks of Fidelity as detailed in Fidelity’s hardware specifications as provided by Fidelity, including any updates to the foregoing. The Customer’s Equipment must be completely compatible with the systems and communications networks of Fidelity and, if requested by Fidelity, Customer shall be responsible for providing sufficient information about the Equipment to Fidelity and for performing adequate tests to demonstrate that the Equipment is in good working order and completely compatible with the systems and communications networks of Fidelity.
Equipment Compatibility. (a) In order to assist Subscribers who own “cable-ready” VCRs to interconnect such VCRs with their “cable-ready” television sets, and to assist Subscribers in the interconnection of non-cable ready VCRs and television sets, Licensee shall provide assistance to said Subscribers concerning same. Upon request, Licensee shall provide one (1) “A/B switch” and a splitter to each such Subscriber, at cost, including a reasonable return, to facilitate such interconnection. Licensee shall notify Subscribers about the availability of such A/B switch on an annual basis in accordance with Massachusetts consumer notification requirements. Use of such A/B switch and splitter will allow any Subscriber with a cable-ready VCR to record any channel while viewing an unscrambled channel, or vice-versa, without the need of a second Converter.
Equipment Compatibility. IR shall ensure that any Equipment utilized by itself or End Users in connection with the Company Service and each End User’s use thereof shall at all times comply with the requirements outlined in this section. Company shall have no liability for IR’s Equipment or IR’s failure to maintain or meet such compatibility or requirements. Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible for or obligated to make any changes to its equipment, operations, facilities, or systems to accommodate any End User.
