Notwithstanding paragraph 4, provided the other Party has completed the applicable legal procedures for the provisional application and does not object to provisional application within 10 days of the notification that certain provisions cannot be provisionally applied, the provisions of this Agreement which have not been notified shall be provisionally applied from the first day of the month following the notification. 6. A Party may terminate the provisional application by written notification to the other Party. Such termination shall take effect on the first day of the second month following the notification. 7. Where this Agreement, or certain provisions thereof, is provisionally applied, the term "entry into force of this Agreement" shall be understood to mean the date of provisional application. The Committee and other bodies established under this Agreement may exercise their functions during the provisional application of this Agreement. Any decisions adopted in the exercise of those functions will only cease to be effective if the provisional application of this Agreement is terminated and this Agreement does not enter into force. ARTICLE 4.14
