Engineering Review. Each Service Order submitted by Customer shall be subject to an engineering review by Comcast. The engineering review will determine whether the cable plant must be extended, built or upgraded in order to provide the ordered Services at the requested Service Location(s), or whether Service installation has to be expedited to meet the Customer’s requested Service Commencement Date (”Custom Installation”) . Comcast will provide Customer written notification in the event Service installation at any Service Location will require an additional one-time installation fee (“Custom Installation Fee”). Customer will have five (5) days from receipt of such notice to reject the Custom Installation Fee and terminate, without further liability, the Service Order with respect to the affected Service Location(s).
Engineering Review. The design, construction, and specification of material and equipment to be used in all the Facilities installed by Grantee shall be subject to approval and construction observation by the Town’s designated and qualified agent and/or consulting engineer whose decision shall be final as to any question arising regarding the same. Grantee shall contract directly with the Town’s consulting engineer to review the plans for the design of said Facilities whose approval of the design, location, and specification for all materials and equipment shall be required prior to the commencement of construction and which will be in substantial compliance as to location as set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. The decision of the Town’s consulting engineer shall be final as to any question arising regarding the design, construction, or specification of material and equipment to be used in the construction of said Facilities. The cost for review of the design, construction, and specification of material and equipment to be used in the construction of the Facilities shall be in accordance with the schedule of charges for such review and construction observation fees as posted on the McCordsville website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) at the time of each submitted section. Grantee shall be responsible for any such design review and/or construction observation fees or any other cost in connection with such inspection and approvals.

The engineering review will determine whether and to what extent the Network must be extended, built or upgraded (”Custom Installation”) in order to provide the ordered Services at the requested Service Location(s). TMG will provide Customer written notification in the event Service installation at any Service Location will require an additional non-recurring installation fee (“Custom Installation Fee”). Custom Installation Fees may also be referred to as Construction Charges on a Sales Order or Invoice. Customer will have five (5) days from receipt of such notice to reject the Custom Installation Fee and terminate, without further liability, the Sales Order with respect to the affected Service Location(s). For certain Services, the Engineering Review will be conducted prior to Sales Order submission. In such case, Customer will have accepted the designated Custom Installation Fee upon submission of the applicable Sales Order.
Engineering Review. Agent shall have received a copy of an engineering report prepared by an independent engineering firm acceptable to Agent in its sole discretion covering such part of the Oil and Gas Properties as may be selected by Agent, said report to be in form and substance satisfactory to Agent;

PhoneAmerica will provide Customer written notification in the event Service installation at any Service Location will require an additional one-time installation fee (“Custom Installation Fee”). Customer will have five (5) days from receipt of such notice to reject the Custom Installation Fee and terminate, without further liability, the Service Order with respect to the affected Service Location(s).

The engineering review will determine whether the cable plant must be extended, built or upgraded in order to provide the ordered Services at the requested Service Location(s), or whether Service installation has to be expedited to meet the Customer’s requested Service Commencement Date (” Custom Installation”) . MIVOICE ONE, LLC will provide Customer written notification in the event Service installation at any Service Location will require an additional one-time installation fee (“Custom Installation Fee”). Customer will have five (5) days from receipt of such notice to reject the Custom Installation Fee and terminate, without further liability, the Service Order with respect to the affected Service Location(s).

The engineering review will determine whether the cable plant must be extended, built or upgraded (”custom installation”) in order to provide the ordered services at the requested service location(s). Pioneer Connect will provide member written notification in the event service installation at any service location will require an additional one-time installation fee (“custom installation fee”). Member will have five (5) days from receipt of such notice to reject the custom installation fee and terminate, without further liability, the service order with respect to the affected service location(s).
Engineering Review. Activation of Data Service is subject to Cable One’s engineering review for distribution availability by existing cable plant as well as review of other external factors and may require additional fees. In the event Cable One determines that Data Service is not available to the Premises of Subscriber, this Agreement shall be void, and Subscriber shall be entitled to a refund of all prepaid charges in accordance with Cable One’s refund policies.

The engineering review will determine whether the cable plant must be extended, built or upgraded in order to provide the ordered Services at the requested Service Location(s), or whether Service installation has to be expedited to meet the Customer’s requested Service Commencement Date. Clear Rate will provide Customer written notification in the event Service installation at any Service Location will require an additional one-time installation fee. Customer will have five (5) business days from receipt of such notice to reject the one time Installation Fee and terminate, without further liability, the Service Order with respect to the affected Service Location(s). In the event Customer does terminate pursuant to this section, then Customer shall be responsible for reimbursing Clear Rate for all out of pocket expenses incurred in connection with the anticipated project which were incurred after the effective date of the Agreement.
