EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS CONTRACT. This Contract shall become effective after it is signed by Party A’s legal representative (person in charge) or authorized representative and stamped with its corporate seal and signed by Party B’s person in charge or authorized representative and stamped with its corporate seal.
