Statistical and Market Data Nothing has come to the attention of the Company that has caused the Company to believe that the statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus is not based on or derived from sources that are reliable and accurate in all material respects.
Statistics The Parties agree to promote, in accordance with their existing activities of statistical cooperation between the European Union and ASEAN, statistical capacity-building, the harmonisation of statistical methods and practice including the gathering and dissemination of statistics, thus enabling them to use, on a mutually acceptable basis, statistics on, inter alia, national accounts, foreign direct investments, information communications and technology trade in goods and services and, more generally, on any other area covered by this Agreement which lends itself to statistical processing collection, analysis and dissemination. Directory To participate in the MnDOT VET small business program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified VET small businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors, the Vendor Information Pages database at xxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.; or it may provide a copy of the VA-issued notice of verification showing that the business is approved as a VET small business within the 24 month period prior to the date of contract execution. MnDOT makes no representation as to any VET’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring VET firms. A VET firm’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
Publication 6.12.1 No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data, photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art work, resulting from performance or prepared in connection with this CONTRACT, are to be released by A-E and/or anyone acting under the supervision of A-E to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or agency, without prior written approval by the COUNTY, except as necessary for the performance of the services of this CONTRACT. All press contacts, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only after COUNTY approval.
