Draft Plan. Together with the draft version of the Master Production Record described in Section 3.3 above, LWI will deliver to CLIENT for review and comment, a proposed draft plan describing the activities to be performed by LWI, or to be subcontracted by LWI to Third Parties, in the production of a Product (the “Draft Plan”). Once LWI delivers to CLIENT the proposed Draft Plan, the parties will meet to decide whether to issue a new Statement of Work pursuant to Section 2.1, or to modify an existing Statement of Work pursuant to Section 2.2, based on that Draft Plan and any agreed upon modifications.

Draft Plan. Upon CLIENT’s acceptance of the Master Production Record for a Product, LONZA will prepare and deliver to CLIENT for review and comment as soon as practicable (and in any event within thirty (30) days thereafter) a proposed draft plan describing the activities to be performed by LONZA, or to be subcontracted by LONZA to Third Parties (subject to Section 2.4 above), in the production of the applicable Product (the “Draft Plan”). Upon the receipt of such Draft Plan, the Parties will meet to decide whether to issue a new Statement of Work pursuant to Section 2.1 or modify an existing Statement of Work pursuant to Section 2.2 above based on such Draft Plan (including the reasonable comments and suggestions of CLIENT with respect to the Draft Plan).

Draft Plan. The Consultant Team will prepare a new Future Land Use Plan as an update to the City’s current Comprehensive Plan:  Existing land use analysis and map;  Future land use analysis and map;  Land use goals and policies including recommended Zoning Code updates;  Major streets; and,  Public utilities and infrastructure. The document and maps will be developed in collaboration with City staff and the Advisory Committee. Each section will be prepared and then submitted to the City staff for review and comment. The Consultant will address City staff comments and submit a revised draft of that section to City staff.

The final document will be graphically rich and web friendly with graphs, maps, and illustrations.
