Documents on Work. 6.7.1 Developer shall at all times keep on the Site, or at another location as the District may authorize in writing, one legible copy of all Contract Documents, including Addenda and Change Orders, and Titles 19 and 24 of the California Code of Regulations, the specified edition(s) of the Uniform Building Code, all approved Drawings, Plans, Schedules, and Specifications, and all codes and documents referred to in the Specifications, and made part thereof. These documents shall be kept in good order and available to District, Construction Manager, Architect, Architect’s representatives, the Project Inspector(s), and all authorities having jurisdiction. Developer shall be acquainted with and comply with the provisions of these titles as they relate to this Project. (See particularly the duties of Contractor, Title 24, Part 1, California Code of Regulations, Section 4-343.) Developer shall also be acquainted with and comply with all California Code of Regulations provisions relating to conditions on this Project, particularly Titles 8 and 17. Developer shall coordinate with Architect and Construction Manager and shall submit its verified report(s) according to the requirements of Title 24.

Contractor shall at all times keep on the Project site, or at another location as the Judicial Council may authorize in writing, one legible copy of all Contract Documents, including Addenda and Change Orders, and titles 19 and 24 of the California Code of Regulations, the specified edition(s) of the Uniform Building Code (electronic versions are acceptable), all approved Drawings, Plans, Schedules, and Specifications, and all codes and documents referred to in the Specifications, and made part thereof. These documents shall be kept in good order and available to Judicial Council, Construction Manager, Architect, Architect’s representatives, the Project Inspector(s), and all authorities having jurisdiction. Contractor shall be acquainted with and comply with the provisions of these titles as they relate to this Project. Documents on Work. 53.1 Contractor shall keep one copy of all Contract Documents, including addenda, change orders, Division I, Title 21 of the CCR, Title 24 of the CCR, and the prevailing wage rates applicable at the time of the Contract, which are a part of Contract Documents, on the job at all times. Said documents shall be kept in good order and shall be available to the District and District representative. Contractor shall be acquainted with and comply with the provisions of said Titles 21 and 24 as they relate to this Project. (See 24 CCR, § 4-343.) Contractor shall also be acquainted with and comply with all CCR provisions relating to this Project, particularly Titles 17, 19, 21 and 24.

CONTRACTOR shall keep on the job Site at all times one legible copy of all Project Documents, including addenda and change orders, and all approved Drawings, Plans, schedules and Specifications. Said Documents shall be kept in good order and available to ARCHITECT, ARCHITECT’S representatives, and all authorities having jurisdiction. CONTRACTOR shall be acquainted with and comply with all California Code of Regulations provisions relating to conditions on this Project.

Contractor shall keep one copy of all contract documents, including addenda, change orders, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, and the Uniform Building Code, 1988 Edition, with the State of California 1989 amendments which are part of contract documents, on the job at all times. Said documents shall be kept in good order and available to Architect and his representatives. Contractor shall be acquainted with and comply with the provisions of Title 24 as they relate to this project. (See particularly the Duties of Contractor, Title 24, California Code of Regulations §4-343.)
Documents on Work. Vendor shall at all times keep on the Project site one legible copy of all Installation Plans.
