Diverse. 12.1 This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein.

During the investigation of an accident or incident, the Company shall not reveal the content of these instruments to the general public or the news media, without prior approval from the Pilot involved and the Union. The Company shall pay for expenses incurred to repatriate the bodies of crew members killed in the line of duty away from their Home Base to their town of residence. Following an aircraft accident or incident warranting investigation, the Pilot his representatives shall have access to any information over which the Company has authority and which could affect his employment status.

The regulation shall rather be altered and interpreted in such a manner that the original objective of such an ineffective or unenforceable provision can be achieved within the framework of applicable law and jurisdiction. The same is the case for loopholes in the agreement.
