DISCRIMINATION AND EQUALITY. 27.1 The CONTRACTOR shall not, and shall procure that the CONTRACTOR Personnel and Sub-Contractors do not, unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Race Relations Act 1976, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003, Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof or any other Law relating to discrimination in employment.

The CONTRACTOR shall, and shall procure that the CONTRACTOR Personnel and its Sub-Contractors, comply with the CUSTOMER’s equality and diversity policy as may be amended from time to time, copies of which will be provided by the CUSTOMER to the CONTRACTOR at the CONTRACTOR’s written request.
