Disclosure Statements. The statements made in the Registration Statement under the captions “Description of Capital Stock” and “Material U.S. Federal Income Tax Considerations” are, and the statements made in the Prospectus as amended or supplemented under similar captions to the extent made are, insofar as such statements constitute a summary of documents referred to therein, accurate summaries in all material respects, and insofar as such statements constitute a summary of matters of law or legal conclusions, accurate summaries in all material respects.
Disclosure Statements. You acknowledge that you have read and understand the Stifel Insured Bank Deposit Program Disclosure Statement or the Stifel Insured Bank Deposit Program for Retirement Accounts Disclosure Statement, as applicable, which are included at the end of this document.

We will have no liability to you for taking or not taking any action permitted but not required. We will not be liable for the action or inaction of any third party in handling items deposited to or withdrawn from your Account. NO THIRD PARTY SHALL HAVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS AGAINST US UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Disclosure Statements. With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Mortgagor has executed one or more statements to the effect that the Mortgagor has received all disclosure materials required by applicable law with respect to the making of an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan. Purchaser shall maintain all such statements in the Credit File;

Ownership The HMO agrees to submit to the Department within 30 days of contract signing full and complete information as to the identity of each person or corporation with an ownership or controlling interest in the HMO, or any subcontractor in which the HMO has a 5 percent or more ownership interest.
