Development Software. FDT has obtained or will obtain for CSG for the Term the right to execute and use the Development Software at CSG’s principal place of business for the sole purpose of developing, modifying, and enhancing the CSG Proprietary Software. CSG shall comply with the terms of the licenses and use restrictions for the Development Software. In addition to the foregoing, CSG shall not modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or decompile the Development Software, nor shall CSG permit any other Entity to do so.

Development Software. If Customer is granted a license for Development Software, then the Term for such Development Software will be specified in the Order or with the license key. If specified that Software is provided under a development license (the “Development Software”), then subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Outcold Solutions grants to Customer a nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license during the applicable Term to install and use the Development Software within the Licensed Capacity in a non-production system used for software product migration testing, software product pre-production staging, testing new data sources, types or use cases, or other non-production use. In no way should the Development Software be used for any revenue generation, commercial activity or other productive business or purpose. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Outcold Solutions does not provide support and maintenance (Section 7), warranty (Section 9), or indemnification (Section 12) with respect to Development Software.
Development Software. For each license of Production Software obtained by the Licensee, Adobe grants Licensee a license to install and use the Software as Development Software on one Server. Licensee must separately obtain the right to install or use the Software as Development Software on more than one Server. In addition to the other terms contained herein, Licensee’s license to the Development Software is limited to use in Licensee’s technical environment strictly for testing, development, and staging purposes, to be used and accessed by Authorized Users over the Licensee’s Internal Network.
Development Software. Customer recognizes that, as of the Contract Supplement Effective Date, the Horizon Admin-RX Software is under development ("Development Software") and as such is unwarranted as to performance and functionality until such time as the Development Software becomes Generally Available. If and when the Development Software becomes Generally Available, Software Maintenance Services on commercially and generally offered terms and conditions shall be available from McKesson, together with functionality warranties to the Development Software's Documentation. Development Software. Our analysis tool will be developed using Java. This will make our tool portable across most operating systems. We will use Apache Subversion (SVN) for version control during the whole development phase. Using a version control system ensures that all team members can work concurrently on the project since it provides e.g. a merge tool to combine conflicting versions of files. SVN provides the possibility to get access to previous versions of files, which will also ensure, that achieved development of any timestamp in the past of our process always can be restored. Besides these features there are many more which will help us to have a working process of high quality. To keep an overview on upcoming milestones and problems or open tasks we will encounter during development, we are going to use the Issue Tracker Trac during the development of our project. Trac provides the generation of tickets which can optionally be assigned to an owner to manage our work effectively.
Development Software. 1.3.1 Licensee may install and use one copy of the Development Software on one (1) designated personal computer (“Designated Personal Computer”) per license obtained from SYSGO. Each license is restricted to one (1) user (“Single User”). The Single User must be an employee or agent of the Licensee. The installation and use of the Development Software in virtual machines or on multi-user environments like servers or the use of the Development Software via remote access is prohibited.
1.3.2 Licensee shall be entitled to change the Designated Personal Computer one per calendar year, provided Licensee informs Licensor in writing on such change and Licensor consents in writing to such change prior to the installation and use of the Development Software on a new designated personal computer. Licensor’s consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In particular but not limited to, Licensor may refuse such consent if the new designated personal computer materially differs from the type or location of the initial Designated Personal Computer. Licensee shall immediately remove the Development Software from the initial Designated Personal Computer once the Development Software has been installed on the new designated personal computer.
1.3.3 Licensee may use the Development Software only within the scope of the Project described above. Derivative or Follow-on projects, with the sole exception of bug fixes to remedy errors in the Project, are not part of the Project as defined in this Agreement.
1.3.4 Any other use of the Development Software requires additional licenses.
