Development Criteria. 4.2.1 The land the subject of this Site Development Plan shall be subject to the controls specified in the Supplementary Table of Development, being part of this document and Table 1 of Master Plan No. 71 (Detailed Planning Area Plan – Detailed Planning Area 12 – Health Hub) 2012;

Development Criteria. 4.2.1 Part of the land the subject of this Site Development Plan was developed for Park (part of Lot 801 and part of Lot 802) prior to preparation of this Site Development Plan and therefore, no development criteria have been specified for this land within Precinct 13.
Development Criteria a. The individual components of the integrated waste management facility shall be sited in separate development cells and generally located in accordance with the facility site plan attached as Schedule A to this District and shall be developed generally in accordance with the provisions of the Clover Bar Waste Management Centre Environmental Impact Assessment.
Development Criteria. VERTEX and SCHERING have agreed upon initial criteria, based upon currently known scientific and commercial factors, to be applied in the identification of a Program Compound as a drug candidate suitable for development. A copy of those criteria is attached hereto as Schedule 2.7. The criteria shall be reviewed at the request of either Party at each formal Research Committee meeting hereafter, and at any other time upon the request of either VERTEX or SCHERING, and may be modified by agreement of the parties, as appropriate, to reflect material scientific or commercial developments. These criteria, as so modified from time to time, are referred to herein as the "Development Criteria." Disagreements between VERTEX and SCHERING with respect to a proposed change in the Development Criteria of the kind described in Section 2.4(b)(ii) above (but no other kind) shall be resolved as set forth in that Section.

Minimum parking ratio: 1 unit per every 23 square meter of sales area • Maximum building height: 10 meters • Density: Sales area less than or equal to 40% of the land area Signage Criteria: • Signs on the front with maximum dimensions of 1.2 X 4 meters at a uniform height • Signs on the standpipe only for those storefronts with over 4,000 square meters of sales area and to be placed in a single point as determined by management Usage Criteria: Uses not permitted: supermarkets, home product stores, membership shopping clubs, discount stores, superstores, movie theaters, theaters, gymnasiums, casinos, churches, offices, businesses whose main line of business is the sale of served liquor, storefronts whose line of business is in conflict with ethics and good practices , in the management’s opinion. Buyer has an obligation to construct and develop the Project in compliance with the Development Criteria and such obligation constitutes a material inducement to Seller to enter into this transaction with Buyer.
