Destination Services. WRRI will coordinate with a Company designated vendor to assist you with house hunting and information/familiarization in the host location. The Company will pay up to the local equivalent of $7,500 USD in agency fees.

Destination Services. At Walgreens' discretion, you will be provided destination services in the host location, to assist you with settling into the new environment and complying with local requirements. This typically includes: · Home-finding assistance and lease negotiation; · Transportation advice; · Telecommunication and utility installation guidance; · Area orientation; · Assistance with opening bank accounts, obtaining driver's licenses, local government paperwork, etc.; · Health care and leisure activity guidance; · Move in and move out procedures, as required; · The relocation company support services are extended to include assistance for dependents (i.e., the selection of schools for accompanying children).
Destination Services. The Company may request PRIMACY to provide professional counseling and assistance in finding a community and home in the Employee’s new location that meets the family’s specific needs. PRIMACY will work with the Employee to carefully assess and select a Broker and/or Agent. The Broker and/or Agent will send the Employee a complete information packet on the destination city, offer area orientation tours, and coordinate arrangements to help the Employee find a suitable home. PRIMACY will also order pre-purchase appraisals, if requested, and review settlement costs. The PRIMACY Consultant will assist the Employee throughout the entire home finding process.

4.0.2 You will ensure that all crews are in uniform showing corporate identity
4.0.3 The crew leader must introduce himself and their crew on arrival at the residence. The crew leader must be available at all times for the transferee during packing
4.0.4 The delivery crew should stay consistent throughout the move. You must advise ERS if this is not possible so that we can notify the transferee
4.0.5 You must ensure that the delivery crews are competent to international moving standards, including manual handling and health and safety awareness
4.0.6 At least one of the crew must be able to communicate with the transferee in either local language, English or the native language of the transferee
4.0.7 The crew leader must complete a Walk-Thru / Property Damage report and a health & safety check prior to commencing services. You must inform ERS of any discrepancies
