Designated Contact. The Fund shall designate an officer or agent of the Fund to be the Fund’s authorized contact with respect to the AML/Sanctions Assistance Functions performed hereunder (the “Designated Contact”).
Designated Contact. If a specific contact person is designated in a provision, notice concerning the subject matter of such provision shall be directed to such person. The address, facsimile number or the name of any Party or contact person or other number may be changed by sending notice in the manner set forth above.
Designated Contact. Agency Partner will designate an individual to serve as the primary contact with NEC for all matters relating to this Agreement. Agency Partner may change such designated individual by providing notice to NEC.
Designated Contact. The Company shall have a representative on the construction and/or maintenance site or provide the Director with the name of an official of the Company or contractor who may be contacted with respect to any construction or maintenance activities being carried out by the Company.
Designated Contact. The individual designated by each party to be the primary employee or other representative for contact with the other party. The initial Designated Contact of each party is set forth on the cover page of this Agreement.
Designated Contact. Advisor will designate an individual to serve as the primary contact with Intermedia for all matters relating to this Agreement. Advisor may change such designated individual by providing notice to Intermedia.
Designated Contact. Bank agrees to designate a program manager who shall serve as the primary contact for Company regarding the Programs, and to provide such other technical and operational support as Company may reasonably request to implement and manage the operation of the Programs.
Designated Contact. Company shall designate a senior employee who shall serve as the primary contact for Bank with respect to the Programs, and to provide such other technical and operational support as Bank may reasonably request to implement and manage the operation of all Programs.

The Company shall have a representative on site for the transportation or other activity on the County Highway subject of this Agreement or provide the Director with the name of an official of the Company or contractor who may be contacted with respect to any transportation or construction activities being carried out by the Company.
Designated Contact. Each party shall designate one person who will act as the primary liaison for all communications regarding the Services to be rendered by Fry hereunder.
