Demolition Plan. Major electrical equipment switchgear, distribution panels, transfer switches, etc., dimensioned and drawn to scale into the space allocated.
Demolition Plan. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost, shall cause an Approved Architect and the Engineer to prepare the Demolitions Plans for each floor of the Premises (also, the “Plans”, and individually a “Plan”).

Halff Associates will prepare the demolition plan, which will provide notes and details required for the demolition, removal and disposal of site features including decommissioned utilities, approved abandoned roadways, trash, debris, tree protection and preservation. We reserve that the tree protection will be quite extensive and will require an on the ground evaluation for plant materials to be preserved. The demolition plan and specifications will be coordinated with the City of Arlington for proper disposal and/or preservation. Plans will be sealed by a Licensed Landscape Architect.

Demolition Plan. (1) The HOPE VI Demolition Plan consists of the exhibits of the HOPE VI demolition grant application submitted in response to the HOPE VI NOFA and approved by HUD, and

Demolition Plan. Prior to beginning any proposed demolition activity, the developer must obtain demolition permits from both the Planning and Inspections departments. While the demolition component may be submitted to Planning in tandem with the Zoning Compliance Permit for new construction, a separate stand-alone demolition permit shall be issued prior to an Inspection’s Demolition permit. Further, prior to the issuance of a demolition permit for all existing structures 500 square feet or larger, Orange County Solid Waste staff shall conduct a deconstruction assessment pursuant to the County’s Regulated Recyclable Materials Ordinance (RRMO).
