Demand Services. Section 3.6(a) of the Original Lease is hereby deleted and restated in its entirety as follows:
Demand Services. HNS will provide other reasonable ancillary services at Customer's request, including supplementary maintenance and repair services, including travel, on a best reasonable effort basis. Pricing for these requested Demand Services is set forth in Section 2.F of Attachment I.
Demand Services. Demand Services" means all studies, reviews, construction liaison services (including construction liaison services described in the Construction Provisions), architectural and engineering services, environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, telecommunication and data communication services (including installation and/or connection to the Property's internet systems), or any other services furnished by Landlord at the request of Tenant, if any, including waste and refuse collection and any other materials or services furnished by Landlord at the request of Tenant directly or indirectly to, for the benefit of, or used by, Tenant on or about the Premises. Basic environmental oversight services will be included within the ISP Services, and will not be a Demand Service, but additional environmental oversight services, including but not limited to environmental construction oversight services and burrowing owl surveys, will be Demand Services. If Tenant desires to hold any special events upon the Premises that would require Landlord to provide a material increase in the normal security and staffing provided by Landlord as part of the ISP Services, then the costs to Landlord to produce such increased staffing and security shall be a Demand Service.
Demand Services. On-demand services shall be billed to VoiceStream, as defined in the Portal Tier, beginning on the Effective Date. All VoiceStream customers with mobile-originating SMS (Short Message Service) bearer capability shall have access to this feature. No transition from Legacy to Portal Tier is envisioned.
Demand Services. “Demand Services” means (a) all reasonable construction oversight and liaison services (including plan checking), and reasonable construction environmental oversight services which Landlord elects (at its sole option) to furnish or is required to furnish under Sections 6.2, 6.5 or 6.8 and (b) to the extent requested by Tenant and which Landlord elects (at its sole option) to furnish, studies, reviews, architectural and engineering services, telecommunication and data communication services (including installation and/or connection to the Property’s internet systems), waste and refuse collection and any other materials or services furnished by Landlord directly or indirectly to, for the benefit of, or used by, Tenant or any Tenant Related Entity on or about the Premises. Demand Services specifically exclude UDA Services.
Demand Services. Tenant may request that Landlord provide Demand Services from time to time in connection with the construction of the Improvements. Such Demand Services may include Utility shutdowns, engineering support (such as calculations on Landlord’s systems) or other elective services (janitorial, composting, landscaping, hazardous waste disposal, or environmental sampling other than as part of construction liaison support). Provided that Tenant deposits adequate funds on account (based on Landlord’s reasonable estimate of the costs for such Demand Services), Landlord shall provide such Demand Services to Tenant.
Demand Services. Customer may from time to time request assistance from Auth0 for services that are outside the scope of the Support Program. Auth0 will make resources available for mutual agreeable time periods to provide such assistance. Auth0 will invoice Customer, and Customer will pay for these services (“Demand Services”) at Auth0’s then applicable rates, or such other rates as may be agreed in writing between Auth0 and Customer, plus any applicable expenses.
Demand Services. Contractor shall provide, and SUBCONTRACTOR shall procure all of its requirements from and shall promptly pay Contractor for, the following demand services, in addition to the agreed upon Fixed Service Fee for the use of the Facilities, at the rate or in the manner agreed to in each Order issued hereunder.
Demand Services. Costs for demand services represent services provided by the Center based on lessee usage or request for services and benefit the tenant. Costs or rates for demand services should be pre-determined and identified to the partner. Demand services may include utilities; safety and security services; engineering or technical support; and other services that are related to the RP agreement.
Demand Services. Services provided by Geoworks, as requested by SAIC and agreed-upon by Geoworks, for provision of services such as, but not limited to inquiry assistance not related to Errors, problem diagnostics, analysis and resolution (not related to Errors), and other support of the Software beyond that provided as Geoworks Support Services or Maintenance Support. Provision of Demand Services is subject to payment of professional services fees and on the availability of Geoworks resources.
