When this Agreement uses the words “we,” “us,” and “our,” this means Health Options and its designated affiliates. When this Agreement uses the words “you” and “your,” this means the Subscriber and all Members covered under this Agreement. Unless otherwise clearly noted, lengths of time expressed in terms of days in this Agreement shall mean calendar days.
Defined Words. The purpose of this Chapter is to explain and define words used in this lease that may have a special meaning. In this lease the following terms have the meaning set opposite them. The terms then appear in bold in the remainder of this lease. Defined Words. This Policy and the Schedule shall be read together as one contract and words and expressions to which specific or special meanings have been given will, unless the context otherwise requires, have that same meaning whenever they may appear in the Policy. FRAUD If any claim is in any respect fraudulent or if any false declaration is made or used in support thereof or if any fraudulent means or devices are used by the Insured or anyone acting on behalf of the Insured to obtain any benefit under this Policy in respect of the claim, all benefit under this Policy in respect of that claim will be forfeited.
