DDD. The plural of any defined term includes the singular, and vice versa, as made necessary in context.
DDD. This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts which exceed $100,000. 49 CFR Part 20, App. A.
DDD. University" An Eligible Educational Institution which grants a four-year standard bachelor's degree. In the context of this document, any institution which includes "college" in its name and is otherwise eligible for this Program will be described as a "University", as long as it also grants a standard bachelor's degree.
DDD. REFERRAL means a referral from a PCP/CM for a member needing to access a specialist for a specified frequency or number of visits.
DDD. In relation to what is indicated in section 5.3 a) (Initial Narration) the DDD and the Narrator may withdraw from the Agreement without incurring any penalty and neither party to this Agreement may have any claim against the other parties.
DDD. “Support” means the obligations of MasterCard contained in Section 2.
DDD. “Work Location” refers to the physical location set forth in an Order that identifies where the Assigned Temporary Personnel shall report to perform the work of an Assignment.
DDD. During the period of exclusive distribution of the Translated Book by Tektime, as indicated in section 7 .4, the DDD is strictly prohibited from marketing, distributing or selling the Translated Book in any manner and form in the Language indicated in this Agreement, in all the Territories established and indicated in Appendix A ( “Territories” ). It will also not be possible for the DDD to grant third parties the right to market, distribute or sell the Translated Book in any manner and form in the Language indicated in this Agreement, in all the Territories established and indicated in Appendix A ( "Territories" ). The DDD may in any case carry out promotional activities for the Translated Book, advertising of any kind (internet, search engines, magazines, press, etc.) in order to encourage the purchase of the Translated Book distributed by Tektime.
DDD. The attached Exhibit A “Regulatory Addendum” is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
