Day Availability Clause Samples

The Day Availability clause defines the specific days or periods during which certain services, facilities, or resources are accessible or operational under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether availability is limited to business days, weekends, holidays, or specific hours, and may include exceptions for maintenance or special events. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations for both parties regarding when obligations can be fulfilled or services can be used, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes about access or performance timing.
