DATE AND OPERATION. This agreement comes into operation on the day the agreement is approved in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and shall remain in force for five (5) years.
DATE AND OPERATION. This Agreement will operate from the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate and remain in force until 1st August, 2010.
