Data Protection Clause. In the event of processing of personal data by either Party for the performance of the agreement, each Party commits to comply with requirements under applicable law, including the European Regulation 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, from the collection of personal data and for the whole duration of the data processing.
