ITSL and its partners maintain a number of geographically distributed data centres, the locations of which are kept discreet for security purposes. ITSL computing clusters are designed with response time, resiliency and redundancy in mind.

Data Centre. A. Provide a Data Centre room, sized and configured to meet the requirements set out in Section 6-1.8 [Data Centres] of this Schedule.
Data Centre. The SaaS Service is located within Digital Realty’s high security premises at Fountain Court, Xxx Xxxx, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1SJ. The SaaS Service is hosted at this location, within IBM Cloud Type III datacentre. IBM Cloud is accredited to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 22301, ISO 31000 and SSAE 16 SOC 1,2 & 3 compliance. IBM Cloud provides SOC1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports against AICPA Trust Services Principles and is a member of the Cloud Security Alliance. For the full schedule of compliance accreditations visit xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxx Data Backup and Business Continuity Sunrise shall put in place a back-up schedule and perform scheduled back-ups and provide routine and emergency data recovery in accordance with this Schedule 1. A failure within the primary IBM Cloud data centre (Type 3) hosted at Digital Realty Chessington, would initiate a recovery to another area within the same data centre. In the event of a total failure or loss of the primary data centre, service continuity is assured as disaster recovery is provided to a secondary IBM Cloud data centre (Type 3) located at Zenium London One, Slough, Berkshire. Every 30 minutes an incremental backup will be taken (disc to disc) and held locally within the primary data centre. Every 24 hours a full online backup (disc to disc) of all databases (and attachments) is made and securely transferred by private connection to the secondary data centre. In the event of data loss occurring as part of normal operations, then Sunrise shall use its reasonable endeavours to restore such data from the most recent data backup as soon as possible, at no cost to the Customer.

Data Centre. The local practices concerning hours of work, lunch and rest periods presently in effect for employees at the Data Centre will continue in effect for the duration of this agreement subject to any changes made by mutual agreement. Employees currently working shifts of 12 hours and five minutes six times over two weeks for a total of seventy two and one half (72.5) hours biweekly will continue to be paid an average rate of thirty six and one quarter (36 ¼) hours each week. There will be three (3) paid rest periods, two of fifteen (15) minutes and one of thirty (30) minutes. *Any change to this schedule must be mutually agreed to by the Employer and Union.

  • French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the French Language Services Act, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the LHIN. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the French Language Service Act, it will be required to provide a report to the LHIN that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).
