Customized Services. TiVo is entitled to receive during the Term of this Agreement all customized services TiVo receives from TMS as of the day prior to the Effective Date, specifically, file size checks.
Customized Services. The details of any CS we are to provide to You will be set forth in an SOW signed by both Parties. Each SOW will be governed by this Agreement.
Customized Services. If Purchaser and Sprint mutually agree in writing that Sprint and Purchaser should investigate the feasibility of providing implementation, customization, interface development or other specialized services that are not included under this Agreement (“Customized Services”) the parties will formalize such agreement through the Work Order Policy & Process contained in the Private Label Operations Manual. The parties will work under the Work Order Policy & Process only if they initially agree to investigate the feasibility of providing Customized Services and nothing in this Section 6.8 will be construed as an obligation to provide Customized Services.
Customized Services. Supplier shall only provide Services customized for Recipient (“Customized Services”) in accordance with this Section 3.3, and shall not otherwise be required to make customizations to the Services or Supplier Systems.
Customized Services. Charges for Customized Services will be set forth in the applicable Supplement for such Services. To the extent the Customized Services are ongoing, the Charge may also or in the alternative be added as a separate item in Schedule C-1a or Schedule C-2a, as applicable and, if so included as a separate item, will be subject to the Price Adjustment Process just as any other Total Shared Services Charges would be.
Customized Services. VMU may request that Sprint PCS provide it with a service that Sprint PCS is not providing to VMU. The Parties must complete the Work Order Process for any Customized Service. The Work Order must be in the form, and include the applicable requirements, as more fully described in the Operations Manual.
Customized Services. Charges under the Airtime Pricing Formula do not include, and are in addition to, any charges for Customized Services.

Customized Services. One or more SIG Parties may from time to time request that Sprint provide, customize, develop and/or deliver other wireless services in addition to those described in Sections 2.2.3 through 2.2.7 above (each, a “Customized Service”). If one or more SIG Parties make such a request, such SIG Party(ies) will provide Sprint with a “Business Request Document” under the Work Order process for any requested Customized Services. If the requested Customized Service is within the existing technical capabilities of the applicable Facilities and is otherwise within or related to the scope of this Agreement, then Sprint will work in good faith with such SIG Party(ies) within the Work Order process described in Section 2.2.9. If the requested Customized Service is not within the existing technical capabilities of the applicable Facilities or is not otherwise within or related to the scope of this Agreement, then Sprint may elect, in its discretion, to work in good faith with such SIG Party(ies) within the Work Order process described in Section 2.2.9. If Sprint elects to develop any Customized Service, such SIG Party(ies) and Sprint will mutually agree on all applicable Work Order terms, including (i) the costs and expenses associated with the development and implementation of such Customized Service and (ii) the Parties’ respective intellectual property rights associated with such Customized Service including all works, materials, software, documentation, methods, apparatus, systems and the like prepared, developed, conceived or reduced to practice in connection with the development and/or implementation of such Customized Service.
