Currency Equivalents. For purposes of determining (a) whether the amount of any Borrowing, together with all other Borrowings then outstanding or to be borrowed at the same time as such Borrowing, would exceed the Available Amount, (b) the unutilized amount of the Credit Facility, and (c) the outstanding principal amount of any Borrowing, the outstanding principal amount of any Loan that is denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be deemed to be the Dollar Equivalent of such amount determined as of the applicable determination date.

Currency Equivalents. For purposes of this Agreement, except as otherwise specified herein, (i) the equivalent in Dollars of any Alternative Currency shall be determined by using the quoted spot rate at which the Administrative Agent offers to exchange Dollars for such Alternative Currency at its Payment Office at 9:00 A.M. (local time at the Payment Office) two Business Days prior to the date on which such equivalent is to be determined, (ii) the equivalent in any Alternative Currency of any other Alternative Currency shall be determined by using the quoted spot rate at which the Administrative Agent's Payment Office offers to exchange such Alternative Currency for the equivalent in Dollars of such other Alternative Currency at such Payment Office at 9:00 A.M. (local time at the Payment Office) two Business Days prior to the date on which such equivalent is to be determined, and (iii) the equivalent in any Alternative Currency of Dollars shall be determined by using the quoted spot rate at which the Administrative Agent's Payment Office offers to exchange such Alternative Currency for Dollars at the Payment Office at 9:00 A.M. (local time at the Payment Office) two Business Days prior to the date on which such equivalent is to be determined; PROVIDED, that (A) the equivalent in Dollars of each Eurocurrency Loan made in an Alternative Currency shall be recalculated hereunder on each date that it shall be necessary (or the Administrative Agent shall elect) to determine the unused portion of each Lender's Commitment, or any or all Loan or Loans outstanding on such date; (B) the equivalent in Dollars of any Unpaid Drawing in respect of any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency shall be determined at the time the drawing under such Letter of Credit was paid or disbursed by the applicable Letter of Credit Issuer; (C) for purposes of sections 2.1(a), 3.1(b) and 5.2(a), the equivalent in Dollars of the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency shall be calculated (x) on the date of the issuance of the respective Letter of Credit, (y) on the first Business Day of each calendar month thereafter and (z) in any other case where the same is required or permitted to be calculated, on such other day as the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion, consider appropriate; and (D) for purposes of sections 4.1(b) and (c), the equivalent in Dollars of the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency shall ...
Currency Equivalents. (a) The Administrative Agent shall determine the Dollar Amount of (x) the LC Exposure in respect of Letters of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency based on the Exchange Rate (i) as of the end of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower and (ii) on or about the date of the related notice requesting the issuance of such Letter of Credit and (y) any other amount to be converted into Dollars in accordance with the provisions hereof at the time of such conversion.
Currency Equivalents. (a) The Administrative Agent shall determine the Dollar Amount of each Alternative Currency Loan and L/C Obligation in respect of Letters of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency (i) in the case of any Term Loan, as of the date of incurrence of such Term Loan, (ii) in the case of any Swing Line Loan denominated in Euro, as of the date of incurrence of such Swing Line Loan, and (iii) otherwise, (A) as of the first day of each Interest Period applicable thereto and (B) as of the end of each fiscal quarter of Xxxxxxx, and shall promptly notify the Borrowers and the Lenders of each Dollar Amount so determined by it. Each such determination shall be based on the Exchange Rate (x) on the date of the related Borrowing Request for purposes of the initial such determination for any Alternative Currency Loan and (y) on the fourth Business Day prior to the date as of which such Dollar Amount is to be determined, for purposes of any subsequent determination.
Currency Equivalents. (a) The Administrative Agent shall determine the Dollar equivalent of each Competitive Bid Loan in a Foreign Currency and each Multi-Currency Revolving Loan as of the first day of each Interest Period applicable thereto and, in the case of any such Interest Period of more than three months, at three-month intervals after the first day thereof. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the applicable Borrowers and the Lenders of the Dollar equivalent so determined by it. Each such determination shall be based on the Spot Rate (i) (A) on the date of the related Competitive Bid Request, for purposes of the initial determination of such Competitive Bid Loan, and (B) on the date of the related Revolving Credit Borrowing Request, for purposes of the initial determination of such Multi-Currency Revolving Loan, and (ii) on the fourth Business Day prior to the date on which such Dollar equivalent is to be determined, for purposes of subsequent determinations.
Currency Equivalents. For purposes of determining in any currency any amount outstanding in another currency, the Currency Equivalent of such second currency on the date of determination shall be used. If any reference to any Loan or other amount herein would include amounts in Dollars and in one or more Alternative Currencies or to an amount in Dollars that in fact is in one or more Alternative Currencies, such reference (whether or not it expressly so provides) shall be deemed to refer, to the extent it includes an amount in any Alternative Currency, to the Currency Equivalent in Dollars of such amount at the time of determination.
Currency Equivalents. Except as otherwise specified herein, all references herein or in any other Loan Document to a dollar amount shall mean such amount in U.S. Dollars or, if the context so requires, the Dollar Equivalent of such amount in any Designated Foreign Currency. The Dollar Equivalent of any amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Dollar Equivalent”; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing or anything elsewhere in this Agreement to the contrary, in calculating the Dollar Equivalent of any amount for purposes of determining (i) the Borrower’s obligation to prepay Loans or cash collateralize Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.13(b), or (ii) the Borrower’s ability to request additional Loans or Letters of Credit pursuant to the Commitments, the Administrative Agent may, in the case of either of the foregoing, in its discretion, calculate the Dollar Equivalent of such amount on any Business Day selected by the Administrative Agent.

Each such determination shall be based on the Exchange Rate (x) on the date of the related Borrowing request for purposes of the initial such determination for any Revolving Credit Loan and (y) on the fourth Business Day prior to the date as of which such Dollar Amount is to be determined, for purposes of any subsequent determination.
