CSE. Surplus employees who express interest in available positions in participating companies will receive priority placement before external hires after regional contract processes for any bargaining unit job for which he/she qualifies. The qualification criteria utilized will be the same qualification criteria utilized for the regional contractual processes.

CSE. Buyer shall have filed a Form 9 with respect to the issuance of the Buyer Shares under this Agreement and shall have confirmed with the CSE that the purchase of the Company Shares does not require the approval of the shareholders of the Buyer (the “CSE Filing & Confirmation”).

(a) Employees working four (4) or more hours per day, but less 17 than six (6) hours per day, shall receive benefits based upon 18 a ratio obtained by dividing the number of hours worked per 19 day by six. Such employees shall have the option to 20 participate in the available benefit programs by contributing 21 the employee share of the cost through payroll deduction. In 22 order to participate in any one type of coverage (i.e., 23 medical, dental, vision or life), the employee must enroll in 24 and contribute toward the cost of all types of coverage.
CSE. A. employees at the Community College will receive a notice each September listing the number of sick leave days, personal leave days and vacation days an employee has for that year. In March, an employee may request an updating of his/her leave credits.

CSE. A. shall have the right to post notices and other communications on bulletin boards maintained on the premises and facilities of the employer, subject to the approval of the contents of such notices and communications by the Clinton County Legislature or its designee. The Officers and Agents of C.S.E.A. have the right to visit the County's facilities for the purpose of resolving grievances and administering the terms and conditions of this contract.
CSE. A., at its option, may agree to increase the affected unit members’ share of the 5% increase in premium cost to provide an off-schedule amount of $100 for each unit member who does not qualify for benefits because he/ she work less than four (4) hours per day.
