CSE. 1. Surplus employees who express interest in available positions in participating companies will receive priority placement before external hires after regional contract processes for any bargaining unit job for which he/she qualifies. The qualification criteria utilized will be the same qualification criteria utilized for the regional contractual processes.
CSE. 1. Mobility company for the bargaining units listed below will be added to the list of participating companies (Exhibit B) • Mobility Bargaining Units o Mobility – District 3 o Mobility – Districts 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 13 o Mobility – District 6
CSE. The Buyer shall have filed a Form 9 with respect to the issuance of the Buyer Shares under this Agreement and shall have confirmed with the CSE that the purchase of the Company Shares does not require the approval of the shareholders of the Buyer (the “CSE Filing & Confirmation”).
CSE. CSE has conditionally approved or provided Xxxx with confirmation that it does not object to the listing on the CSE the New Xxxx Shares to be issued as Scheme Consideration pursuant to the Scheme, subject only to the approval of Xxxx Shareholders of the Xxxx Shareholder Resolution, Xxxx fulfilling any customary post-closing conditions of the CSE and to the Scheme becoming Effective and such approval remains in full force and effect in all respects (subject only to those customary post-closing conditions), and CSE shall have accepted notice of the Transaction; and

CSE. A. Schedule 1 Employees hired prior to June 30, 2006.
CSE. A. shall have the right to post notices and other communications on bulletin boards maintained on the premises and facilities of the employer, subject to the approval of the contents of such notices and communications by the Clinton County Legislature or its designee. The Officers and Agents of C.S.E.A. have the right to visit the County's facilities for the purpose of resolving grievances and administering the terms and conditions of this contract.
CSE. A. employees at the Community College will receive a notice each September listing the number of sick leave days, personal leave days and vacation days an employee has for that year. In March, an employee may request an updating of his/her leave credits.
CSE. A., at its option, may agree to increase the affected unit members’ share of the 5% increase in premium cost to provide an off-schedule amount of $100 for each unit member who does not qualify for benefits because he/ she work less than four (4) hours per day.
