Covered Functions. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose the PHI on behalf of, or to provide services to, Agency for the purposes necessary to complete the tasks, or provide the services, associated with, and required by the terms of the underlying agreement.
Covered Functions. To facilitate the transmission of PHI from the PMP to the Healthcare Entity in accordance with M.G.L. c.94C, § 24A.

If ABC materially changes its relevant systems, processes, policies, and procedures, the IRO shall perform a Systems Review for the Reporting Period in which such changes were made in addition to conducting the Systems Review for the first and fourth Reporting Periods, as set forth more fully in Appendix B.
