All mechanical components and parts of gas or electric Appliances listed that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Ice makers, ice crushers, Free Standing ice makers, Removable Accessories; Audio and/or video equipment, multi-media centers and internet connection components.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts of well pump used as the main water source for the home that that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Holding, storage or pressure tank; above and underground piping or electrical lines; Redrilling of ▇▇▇▇▇; Well Casings; Pressure switches and gauges; Control boxes; booster pumps; cost to locate or retrieve pump; digging.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Refrigerator Ice makers, ice crushers, beverage/water dispensers and their respective equipment; non mechanical components such as racks, shelves, glass, lighting, handles, doors, door seals, condensation pans, hinges, dials and gaskets; Freon, disposal and recapture of Freon; water lines and valve to ice maker; drain and line restrictions; leveling and balancing; leaks of any kind; interior thermal shells; interior lining; Free Standing ice makers, wine chillers or mini refrigerators; food spoilage; Audio and/or video equipment, multi- media centers and internet connection components.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Replacement of locks (including deadbolts), knobs or associated hardware; garage door openers, broken or damaged locks; padlocks; skeleton locks and keys; window, file cabinet, safe, desk or mailbox locks; and any other services provided by a locksmith.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts of a single or multilevel softener including central head assembly and piping to the tanks that that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Tanks; treatment/purification, iron filtration components; inadequate or excessive water pressure; freeze damage; failures due to mineral and/or sediment; resin bed replacement and salt; leased or rented units; softening agents.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts including circulation pump and motor that that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Bathtub shell; tiles and marble; and tub enclosure; caulking and grout; heaters; lights; faucets and fixtures; drains; jets; conditions of water flow restriction due to scale, rust, minerals, and other deposits; multi-media systems; failures due to dry operation of equipment; gaining access to electrical, component parts, and/or piping.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts of the lawn sprinkler system that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Sprinkler heads; digging of sprinkler lines; lack of water pressure; digging of sprinkler lines; water lines; leak detections; batteries; ▇▇▇▇▇ beds; drip irrigation systems; hydraulic systems; damage due to freezing, pets, cars, or lawn care equipment; surges; systems using water containing corrosive chemicals, electrolytes, sand, dirt, silt, rust or agents that can attack and degrade plastics.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts that that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear. Internet Connection & Accessories.

COVERED EXCLUDED. All mechanical components and parts of no more than two (2) heating systems including either hot water and steam heating system or centrally ducted forced air gas/electric/oil heating system, Heat Pumps, Floor Furnace, Hot Water or Steam Circulating Heat, Electric Baseboard (if it is the only heating source in the home) that suffer a Mechanical Failure due to normal wear and tear, including blower fan motor, burner, thermostat, heat exchanger, heating element, ignitor and pilot assembly, and internal wiring. Registers and grills; insulation; insulated ductwork; vents; Chimneys, flues, breaching and liners; concrete encased or inaccessible steam or radiant heating coils or lines; conditions of water flow restriction; primary or secondary drain pans; fossil and dual fuel control systems and other energy management systems and controls; zone components and parts; radiators; dampers; asbestos insulated piping; filters (including electronic/electrostatic and de-ionizing filter systems); fireplaces and their components and gas lines; free-standing or portable heating units; heat lamps; pellet stoves; fuel storage tanks, lines, and filters; gas log systems, including gas feed lines; valves; oil filters, nozzles, or strainers; humidifiers; inaccessible water/steam lines leading to or from system; backflow preventers; individual space heaters; radiant heating systems built into walls, floors or ceilings; solar heating devices and components; Routine Maintenance; rust and/or corrosion; noise without a related mechanical failure; improperly installed or sized units; mismatched systems; and structural components.
