Coordinating Council. Each party agrees to work with the Coordinating Council of Broward, or the agreed upon designated entity as the same may exist from time to time, to better coordinate the sharing of non-confidential information as authorized by state and federal laws and regulations so long as the sharing of said information does not conflict with FERPA or the policies and procedures of the parties or with any agreements between the parties that are not part of this agreement.
Coordinating Council. There is hereby established at the Xxxxxxxx Community Schools, a Coordinating Council with the following conditions:

Membership shall consist of one non-voting member of the Board from each participating district, the NECSS chief executive officer, and an additional staff member, as appropriate. Coordinating Council. The Community Organization recognizes the Coordinating Council as the WOHT’s senior collaborative decision-making body. The composition, mandate, and processes of the Coordinating Council are set out in Coordination Council’s Terms of Reference that is available as part of the package of WOHT documents.
Coordinating Council. A.A Coordinating Council shall be established for the purpose of advising the ROP Superintendent when deemed necessary and as required by the Governing Board. The Coordinating Council shall consist of the superintendent of each Participating District or his or her designee and two additional staff designees from each Participating District for a total of three Coordinating Council members per Participating District. Other staff members of each Participating District, as appropriate, may attend meetings or participate in Coordinating Council activities.
Coordinating Council. The Health Organization recognizes the Coordinating Council as the WOHT’s senior collaborative decision-making body. The composition, mandate, and processes of the Collaborating Council are set out in Coordination Council’s Terms of Reference that is available as part of the package of WOHT documents.
Coordinating Council. Should the Individual be appointed to serve as a Co-Chair or as a Cluster Representative or Alternate on the Coordinating Council, the Individual agrees to fulfill the responsibilities of that role as described in the Coordinating Council’s Terms of Reference.
Coordinating Council. This Council is the exclusive bargaining representative for full-time, non- certificated personnel who are actively employed in Peoria Public Schools as maintenance and operations employees. This agreement has been entered into pursuant to the provisions of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act.
Coordinating Council. An executive council of the Company shall be established as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date and will consist of four members, two of which shall be designated by each of UEE and the Management Stockholders (the "Coordinating Council"). The Coordinating Council will not have executive powers and its main responsibilities will be to (i) analyze and oversee the integration of the Company and its Subsidiaries into the general operations of UEE, including obtaining synergies in such operations and (ii) coordinate with UEE the operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Coordinating Council. The joining agency is now a full member of the CESU Coordinating Council. The agency is now authorized to send a voting/formal representative to Council meetings, and to participate in all actions of the Council.
