Negotiation Between Executives The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of this Order by prompt negotiation between executives who have authority to settle the matter.
Consultation Between the Parties ALPS and the Trust shall regularly consult with each other regarding ALPS’ performance of its obligations under this Agreement. In connection therewith, the Trust shall submit to ALPS at a reasonable time in advance of filing with the SEC reasonably final copies of any amended or supplemented registration statement (including exhibits) under the 1933 Act and the 1940 Act; provided, however, that nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way limit the Trust’s right to file at any time such amendments to any registration statement and/or supplements to any prospectus or statement of additional information, of whatever character, as the Trust may deem advisable, such right being in all respects absolute and unconditional.
Cooperation Between the Parties The College and UFE shall supply each other with requested information reasonably needed to facilitate the processing of the grievance. Meetings to discuss any grievance shall be scheduled at mutually convenient times.
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Re: Nurses Committee The parties acknowledge that the Registered Nurses’ Union Newfoundland and Labrador (RNUNL) have indicated that they have issues of concern unique to Nurses who live and work in Labrador and that the RNUNL will attempt to address these concerns through a committee which will be established subsequent to these negotiations.
Settlement of Disputes between Contracting Parties (1) Disputes between Contracting Parties regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled through diplomatic channels.
Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 12T.
Nondisclosure Agreement You will comply with the covenant regarding confidential information in Section 17 of the Employment Agreement, which covenant is incorporated herein by reference.
Rest Between Shifts Section 7.10 of the Agreement shall apply in its entirety with the sole exception being that the length of the rest period shall be ten (10) hours rather than eleven (11) hours.
