CONTRACT PREPARATION. 3.01 The Employer will present a final draft of the negotiated agreement for review and presentation for ratification by the membership. The Union will pay the cost of printing a copy of the Collective Agreement in a form to be provided to all employees with 100 copies of the Collective Agreement to be provided to the Company for distribution. The Collective Agreement booklet will be printed within three (3) months following ratification of the Collective Agreement. The Union will provide copies of the Collective Agreement for all of the union members and the Company shall reimburse the union for the cost of the copies needed for Supervisors/Managers.
CONTRACT PREPARATION. 24.01 The Contract shall be prepared by the Association with an electronic version provided to the Board of Education. Copies of the Agreement shall be printed at the equal expense of the Association and the Board.

CONTRACT PREPARATION. The Consultant shall draft contracts for the execution of the Work, specific to the awarded Scope of Work. Draft contracts shall be provided to the Commission and to the Commission’s Legal Counsel for review. Comments, if any, shall be incorporated in the final contract documents offered to the Contractor. The Consultant shall monitor the routing and execution of the final contract documents to assure timely completion. The Consultant is an engineering professional and does not provide legal advice. The Commission shall seek appropriate legal counsel prior to entering into any contracts.
