CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. 2.1 Ordered Goods to be used in the provision of the Ordered IT Products may (as applicable) be provided by the CONTRACTOR or a third party (e.g., lessor). Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods shall be as specified in this paragraph 2 of this Schedule.
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. This contract is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2021 by the Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 57, hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "Union” and the School District No. 97J, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or "District."
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. The Contractor shall provide supervisory personnel, training staff, and other employees on-site beginning no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Contract commencement date in order to plan and implement a smooth transition.

Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 3, title and risk in that Equipment shall be as specified in this paragraph 2.
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. Ordered Goods and CUSTOMER Furnished Items to be used in the provision of the Ordered Software Application Solutions may (as applicable) be provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER, the CUSTOMER, a lessor or a previous service provider of the CUSTOMER. Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 46 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods and CUSTOMER Furnished Items shall be as specified in this paragraph 45 of this Schedule. Where any Ordered Goods are provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER (other than Ordered Goods which are leased, loaned or hired by a third party in accordance with paragraph 2.4 of this Schedule):
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. A Proposal does not constitute a Contract nor does it confer any rights on the Offeror to the award of a Contract. A Contract is not created until the Proposal is accepted in writing by the District with the Procurement Officer’s signature on the Offer and Acceptance Form. A letter or other notice of award or of the intent to award shall not constitute acceptance of the Proposal. A notice of award or recommendation by the District’s Governing Board of its intent to award prior to acceptance and execution by the Procurement Officer shall not constitute acceptance of the Offer. The District’s Procurement Officer shall not formally accept or execute an Offer until all requisite formalities of the solicitation process have been complied with.
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. 6.1 This Contract will come into force on the date on which both (a) all Parties have signed the Contractor Details and Acceptance Form and (b) relevant sections of the Act have come in to operation pursuant to commencement order(s) under section 1 of the Act.
CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT. 5.1 This Contract will come into force on the date on which the Parties have signed the Registered Medical Practitioner Details and Acceptance Form and, subject to the provisions of Clause 13 will continue in force for 3 years unless renewed or terminated in accordance with this Contract.
