Construction Information. No later than July 1, 2020, and in any event prior to commencement of the Leasehold Improvements, Tenant shall furnish Landlord with the information (“Construction Information”) that is reasonably required by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s architect (“Architect”) to enable the Architect to prepare the final plans for the Leasehold Improvements, including, without limitation, Tenant’s finish selections, mechanical loads, electrical loads and locations, furniture plans, and special lighting and use requirements, if any. “Leasehold Improvements” means the improvements, alterations, and other physical additions to be made or provided to, constructed, delivered, or installed at, or otherwise acquired for, the Premises in accordance with the CD’s (as defined in Section 1(c) below), or otherwise approved in writing by Landlord or paid for in whole or in part from the Improvement Allowance (as defined in Section 9 below), including without limitation all necessary demising walls and associated work. Any provision of this Exhibit to the contrary notwithstanding, the Leasehold Improvements shall not include any telephone, telephone switching, telephone, data, and security cabling and systems, furniture, computers, servers, suite security, Tenant’s trade fixtures and equipment, and other personal property installed (or to be installed) by or on behalf of Tenant in the Premises (“Tenant’s Equipment”) or any of the associated permits for any of the foregoing.
Construction Information. Landlord shall provide to the Tenant and the Architect any and all information that is necessary or reasonably requested by Tenant or the Architect for the preparation of the proposed Space Plan, Preliminary Plans or Tenant's Working Drawings, as applicable, including without limitation: the As-Built Plans and Specifications for the Premises and all portions of the Building and Building systems required or reasonably necessary for preparation of the Tenant's Working Drawings and (ii) to the extent not included in subsection (i) above, all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and, to the extent required, structural information and details to be provided by Landlord to the Architect for the preparation of Final Plans and Specifications for the construction of the Premises, including, without limitation, detailed plans and specifications of and information concerning the existing site conditions or the Improvements to be constructed, as applicable (collectively, the "Construction Information"). All Construction Information provided by Landlord shall be complete, correct and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes and contain sufficient detail and information, so as to allow for the Architect to prepare the Tenant's Working Drawings, for the construction of the Premises and Improvements, each free of defects and design inconsistencies.
Construction Information. To furnish to Owner, within ten (10) days after the end of each calendar month prior to Final Completion of the Project a report in form and content satisfactory to Owner, certified as true, accurate and complete by Prime Contractor and Owner describing the current progress of the Work, a schedule of all Costs of the Work incurred through the date of such report and anticipated to be incurred during the forthcoming month (which schedule shall be itemized as to trade description and item (and itemized as to Soft Costs and any Contractor's overhead, administrative, mobilization and general conditions costs) and shall show the name of the Contractors providing work, labor, equipment or materials with respect thereto and a summary of all changes from previous reports delivered under this subparagraph; and,

The Sellers shall throughout the duration of the Building Contract and the construction of the Vessel provide to the Buyers promptly upon their request all such information as the Sellers may from time to time have and/or obtain relating to the construction of the Vessel. In addition, if required by the Buyers, the Sellers shall provide to the Buyers the following information and documents from time to time:
(a) the latest specifications and all drawings and plans (as referred to in the Building Contract) provided by the Builder from time to time;
(b) all information and documents (if any) as communicated by the Builder to the Sellers or the Supervisor in relation to the inspections, tests and trials of the Vessel and its equipment and parts; and
(c) all rules, regulations and requirements referred to in the Building Contract and/or the specifications, including but not limited to the rules, regulations and requirements of the Classification Society notified by the Builder (or, as the case maybe) to the Sellers or its supervisor from time to time and by the maritime authority of the Approved Flag State.

Developer shall furnish to ------------------------ Owner, within ten days after the end of each calendar month prior to completion of the Project, a report in form and content satisfactory to Owner, certified as correct by Contractor and Developer, setting forth all Project Costs accrued as of the end of that month, all Project Costs projected as of the end of that month, and all changes from the previous such report which are known or reasonably anticipated by Developer or Contractor. From time to time during the course of construction, if requested by Owner and within ten days after receipt of such request, Developer shall furnish Owner with reports of Project Costs, construction progress schedules and contractor's cost breakdowns for the Project, itemized as to trade description and item, showing the name of the contractor(s) and/or subcontractor(s), and including indirect costs such as real estate taxes, legal and accounting fees, insurance, architects' and engineers' fees, the fees or other amounts due under this Agreement and contractor's overhead.
