Construction Estimate. The Engineer shall prepare the Preliminary Estimated Construct Costs for the Project as required in the Agreement. The Preliminary Estimated Construct Costs shall be monitored, verified and updated throughout the course of the development of the Project as provided in the Agreement.

Construction Estimate. At the time of submittal of Final Design Plans, the Engineer shall prepare an estimate of construction quantities and develop a final statement of probable construction cost.
