CONSENT CLAUSE. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Bank, its employees or any other person who by reason of the scope of work or capacity or office has access to the records, registers or any correspondence or material with regard to information relating to the Borrower, its account, the Facilities (collectively, the “Information”), to disclose such Information to (1) any person to whom such disclosure is permitted or required under any law or regulation or required or requested by any court, government authority or regulator; and (2) to the persons below: a. any Obligor; b. any person in connection with a Transfer or proposed Transfer. A “Transfer” includes any assignment or transfer of any of our rights or obligations, any participation, sub-participation, transfer of credit or other risk (entirely or in part) or benefit (entirely or in part) by any means, and entry into any other contractual relationship, in relation to the Facilities; c. any person for the purposes of enforcing or protecting the rights or interests in relation to the Facilities, any Security Document; d. any person in connection with any insolvency or analogous proceeding (including, without limitation judicial management, winding-up, compromise or arrangement, and receivership) relating to you, any Obligor or any other person/entity in connection with the Facilities, any Security Document; e. any government department, agency, ministry, body or statutory board or any relevant authority of any country with jurisdiction over the affairs of the Bank Group; f. any person involved in or connected to the grant of the Facilities to you, the preparation of any document, the performance of any transactions contemplated under any document and/or (as the case may be) (including, without limitation, programme managers, legal and other professional advisors and partners) and any person to whom we grant Facilities and/or (as the case may be) with whom we enter into documentation pursuant to any change in the Borrower’s constitution; g. any person having or claiming any interest in any security provided for the Facilities or any person in favour of whom the Borrower is proposing to create or grant an interest in the security for the purpose of seeking any consent for the creation or variation of any interest in or increasing the amount of moneys and liabilities secured or to be secured by any encumbrance over the security or in connection with any security sharing arrangements relating to the security or any enforc...

CONSENT CLAUSE. I hereby consent to have my personal data processed by the University of Warsaw with its registered office at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warszawa for the purpose of carrying out a recruitment process and selecting an employee and concluding a contract for employment at the University of Warsaw.

CONSENT CLAUSE. The tenant hereby consents that, and authorises the landlord or agent to, at all times:- a) contact, request and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau relevant to an assessment of the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the tenant; b) upon written notice to the tenant, furnish information concerning the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the tenant to any registered credit bureau or to any credit provider (or potential credit provider) seeking a trade reference regarding the tenant’s dealings with the landlord.

CONSENT CLAUSE. 17.1 The Lessee hereby consents that, and authorises the Lessor to, at all times: 17.1.1 Contact, request and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau relevant to an assessment of the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the Lessee; 17.1.2 Furnish information concerning the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the tenant to any registered credit bureau or to any credit provider (or potential credit provider) seeking a trade reference regarding the Lessee’s dealings with the Lessor.

CONSENT CLAUSE. Applicant grants explicit consent and permission to LegitScript to collect, store, process, and use all data supplied by the Applicant to LegitScript for business purposes including but not limited to the certification, operation and maintenance of the Applicant’s operations. This data will only be maintained and stored as long as is necessary to maintain Applicant’s certification and/or prevent fraud and abuse.

CONSENT CLAUSE. The policy‐holder, acting on his/her own behalf or on behalf of the insured, authorises the insurer to process medical or sensitive data about himself and the insured to the extent that this is necessary for the following purposes: assurance management, cost management, and settlement and management of possible disputes.

CONSENT CLAUSE. 10.1 The Borrower agrees that in addition to any other rights enjoyed by the Bank, in the event of the Borrower committing any default, the Bank shall be entitled to disclose, report and publish the Borrower’s name and the names and photograph of the partners, proprietors etc of the Borrower to the RBI or any other entity or instrumentality, as defaulters (including as willful defaulters) / non-co-operative borrower in such manner and through such medium as the Bank may in its absolute discretion may deem fit. 10.2 The Bank may disclose any information in connection with the Borrower, the Borrower’s account or the Facilities to (a) any person to whom such disclosure is required or permitted under any law or regulation or required by any court, government authority or regulator; (b) any Obligor; (c) any person to whom the Bank assigns, transfers or sub- participates (or intends to assign, transfer or sub-participate) any rights or obligations of the Bank; (d) any person for the purposes of enforcing or protecting the Bank’s rights and interests;(e) any person in connection with any insolvency or other analogous proceedings in relation to any Obligor or any Affiliate of any Obligor; (f) any entity of the Bank Group; (g) such third parties including but not limited to credit rating agencies as the Bank may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, deem fit and proper, (h) to any third party Debt Collection agencies in the Event of Default and such third party representative will be entitled to conduct Telecalling/field visitation to the Borrower’s demographic locations for collection of overdues as recorded in the Bank’s data (the details of the empanelled Debt Collection agencies with the Lender is uploaded on the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇) , (i) any person in connection with the provision of insurance or services to meet Bank Group’s operational, administrative or risk management requirements and (j) to any Bank’s agents, contractors or third party service providers or professional advisers who are under a duty of confidentiality to the Bank as the case may be, and who provide services administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, collections, security, clearing, credit reference or checking, or other services or facilities to the Bank under or in connection with the Loan and/or the operation of the Bank’s business;
