Concurring Parties Sample Clauses
The Concurring Parties clause defines which parties must agree or give their consent for certain actions or decisions under the contract to be valid. In practice, this clause typically lists specific parties whose concurrence is required before amendments, waivers, or other significant contractual changes can take effect. For example, it may require that both the buyer and seller approve any modifications to the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure that key stakeholders retain control over important decisions, preventing unilateral changes and promoting mutual agreement.
