Concurrent Use Sample Clauses
The Concurrent Use clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the simultaneous use of a particular asset, service, or intellectual property by multiple parties. In practice, this clause may specify how two or more entities can use a trademark in different geographic regions, or how shared resources like software licenses or facilities are accessed without conflict. Its core function is to prevent disputes and clarify boundaries by establishing clear rules for overlapping or shared usage, ensuring that each party understands their rights and obligations when using the same resource concurrently.
