Conceptual Design Phase. The consultant shall prepare concept plans for selection of one plan for further development. The Consultant shall prepare as many conceptual plans and studies as may reasonably be required until the Agency shall accept one such conceptual design accomplishing project goals given site conditions. Conceptual Design Phase. § 2.0.1 The Construction Manager will join the ongoing conceptual design effort and shall participate as a part of the Project Team to develop a final program, determine site usage, develop a cost model, outline an overall schedule and develop one or more concept designs to prepare for the Architect’s Schematic Design Phase.
