Company Name Change. It is intended that the Company will change its name to EP Energy LLC on or immediately after the Effective Date. Upon such change becoming effective, all references in this Agreement to “the Company” shall refer to EP Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, unless the context requires otherwise.
Company Name Change. If there is a need to change the name of Your company, requests must be made through Your online account. Please note You can request to receive up to three invoices regenerated with Your new company name. These invoices can only be generated for the last three invoice periods before the date the change was made.
