Community requirements. If Enrolled Affiliate purchases Government Community Cloud Services, Enrolled Affiliate certifies that it is a member of the Community and agrees to use Government Community Cloud Services solely in its capacity as a member of the Community and, for eligible Government Community Cloud Services, for the benefit of end users that are members of the Community. Use of Government Community Cloud Services by an entity that is not a member of the Community or to provide services to non-Community members is strictly prohibited and could result in termination of Enrolled Affiliate’s license(s) for Government Community Cloud Services without notice. Enrolled Affiliate acknowledges that only Community members may use Government Community Cloud Services.

Agency certifies that all Enrolled Affiliates in the Enterprise are members of the Community and represents that all Enrolled Affiliates in the Enterprise have agreed to use Government Community Cloud Services solely in their capacities as members of the Community and for the benefit of end users that are members of the Community. Use of Government Community Cloud Services by an entity that is not a member of the Community or to provide services to non-Community members is strictly prohibited and could result in termination of Government Partner’s or an Enrolled Affiliate’s license(s) for Government Community Cloud Services. Agency acknowledges that only Community members may use Government Community Cloud Services.
(i) All terms and conditions applicable to non-Government Community Cloud Services also apply to their corresponding Government Community Cloud Services, except as otherwise noted in the Use Rights and this Amendment.
(ii) Enrolled Affiliate may not deploy or use Government Community Cloud Services and corresponding non-Government Community Cloud Services in the same domain.
(iii) Any Enrolled Affiliate in the Enterprise that uses Government Community Cloud Services must maintain its status as a member of the Community. Maintaining status as a member of the Community is a material requirement for such services.
Community requirements. NeoSystems may only sell Government Cloud Services to members of the Community. All Customers purchasing Government Community Cloud Services are members of the Community and have agreed to use Government Community Cloud Services solely in their capacities as members of the Community and for the benefit of end users that are members of the Community. Use of Government Community Cloud Services by an entity that is not a member of the Community or to provide services to non- Community members is strictly prohibited and could result in termination of this Agreement and/ or a Customer’s Subscription License(s) for Government Community Cloud Services.
(i) Customer may not deploy or use Government Community Cloud Services and corresponding non-Government Community Cloud Services in the same domain, and may not order Government Community Cloud versions of Microsoft Azure (called Azure Government Services) under the same Enrollment Number as commercial Microsoft Azure Services.
(ii) Any Customer that uses Government Community Cloud Services must maintain its status as a member of the Community, and NeoSystems must notify Microsoft in the event that one or more of its Customers ceases to qualify as a member. Maintaining status as a member of the Community is a material requirement for such services.
(iii) Customer may not add any Microsoft Products to any U.S. government contract vehicle without the direct and prior written consent of Microsoft. Customer agrees that breach of this Section II.C shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and that the liabilities limited in Section 10 of the Terms and Conditions shall not apply to a breach of this Section II.C.
Community requirements. This critical thinking will allow for evaluation, readjustment and interpretation of the restoration methodology and techniques. Adaptive management will be used to adjust and revise management activities accordingly. Photographs taken during the sampling will visually support written observations and overall trends toward restoration goals.
