COMMUNITY DATA. COMMUNITY acknowledges prior to this Agreement registering Properties governed by the original ordinance. On a date, agreed upon by PRC, prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, the COMMUNITY will provide PRC a digital file, in format agreeable to PRC, containing all of the information of all Properties registered by the COMMUNITY. All registrations and fees received by the COMMUNITY during the period from the data delivery date to the Effective Date will be submitted to PRC and considered registrations by PRC under the terms of this Agreement. If the COMMUNITY is unable to provide the agreed upon digital file then the COMMUNITY will provide PRC all property registration information, including but not limited to registration forms, to PRC for manual entry into the PRC database. If manual entry of this information is required of PRC the COMMUNITY agrees to compensate PRC five dollars ($5.00) per property.

COMMUNITY DATA. (a) Customer’s designated administrative accounts will have access to a restricted-access administrative interface feature which allows for configuration, management and monitoring of and restricting access to the Solution (“Admin Users”). Administrative Users will have the ability to review and monitor all content made available by Customer and Users through the Solution (“Community Data”) that is maintained or stored through the Solution including the ability to specify access rights to and/or remove Community Data. If required by applicable law, Service Provider shall have the right to disclose Community Data to a third party; provided that, to the extent permitted by law, Service Provider will: (a) promptly notify Customer of the order's terms and the circumstances surrounding its issuance; (b) consult in good faith with Customer regarding possible responses to the order and, if requested by Customer, make best efforts to narrow the order's scope, obtain a protective order from the court, or produce documents to the court or government body under seal with appropriate instructions regarding preservation of the Community Data confidentiality, if applicable; and (c) if disclosure is required to prevent Service Provider from being subjected to contempt sanctions or other penalties, disclose only the Community Data that, in the opinion of counsel reasonably satisfactory to Service Provider, is legally required to be disclosed, consistent with a reasonable interpretation of the order. Within a Community, Customer will have sole discretion to determine which Users can view which Community Data and unless Cust omer configures the Solution otherwise, all Users will be permitted to view all Community Data. Customer is solely responsible for all actions taken by Admin Users or through use of the passwords provided to such Admin Users. Customer is responsible for the content and use of all Community Data.

Service Provider will not actively review or monitor any Community Data. COMMUNITY DATA. COMMUNITY will fully cooperate with PRC in sharing its data unless so prohibited by law to aid in PRC’s performance of this Agreement.
COMMUNITY DATA. Community data based on surveys of groups of people rather than individuals and can be utilized for community surveys of nutrients intake and for identifying different food consumption patterns. It provides community, socioeconomic and geographic information and permits comparison between different times and regions. Food accounts, inventories, household record and list recall are the four major methods of measurements used in community surveys. This method becomes unreliable when large amounts of food are eaten outside the home and it gives no indication of distribution of food intake within households (Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx, 2001; Xxxxxxxx, 2009).

All registrations and fees received by Homewood during the period from the data delivery date to the Effective Date of this Agreement will be submitted to HERA and considered registrations by XXXX under the terms of this Agreement. If Homewood is unable to provide the agreed upon digital file, then Homewood will provide HERA all property registration information, including but not limited to registration forms, for manual entry into HERA’s database. If manual entry of this information is required, Homewood agrees to compensate XXXX $5.00 per property.

If Lower Xxxxxx is unable to provide the agreed upon digital file, then Lower Xxxxxx will provide Xxxxxxx all property registration information, including but not limited to registration forms, for manual entry into Xxxxxxx’x database. If manual entry of this information is required, Lower Xxxxxx agrees to compensate Xxxxxxx $5.00 per property.
