Common Safekeeper. In relation to each Series where the relevant Global Note is in NGN form or the relevant Global Certificate is held under the NSS, the Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Fiscal Agent to elect Euroclear or Clearstream Banking as Common Safekeeper. From time to time, the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent may agree to vary this election. The Issuer acknowledges that any such election is subject to the right of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg to jointly determine that the other shall act as Common Safekeeper in relation to any such issue and agrees that no liability shall attach to the Fiscal Agent in respect of any such election made by it.

In relation to each Series which is in NGN form or held under the NSS, the Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent to elect either Euroclear or Clearstream, Banking as Common Safekeeper. From time to time, the Issuer and the Agent may agree to vary this election. The Issuer acknowledges that any such election is subject to the right of Euroclear and Clearstream, Banking to jointly determine that the other shall act as Common Safekeeper in relation to any such issue and agrees that no liability shall attach to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent in respect of any such election made by it.

Each of SCPLC and SCB acknowledges that any such election is subject to the right of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg to jointly determine that the other shall act as Common Safekeeper in relation to any such issue and agrees that no liability shall attach to the Issuing and Paying Agent in respect of any such election made by it.
Common Safekeeper. The Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Principal Paying Agent to elect Clearstream, Luxembourg as Common Safekeeper. The Issuer acknowledges that any such election is subject to the rights of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg.
Common Safekeeper. In relation to each series of Notes which are in NGN form or in the form of a Global Certificate held under the NSS, the Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Issuing and Paying Agent to elect Clearstream Luxembourg as Common Safekeeper. From time to time, the Issuer and the Agent may agree to vary this election. The Issuer acknowledges that any such election is subject to the right of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg to jointly determine that the other shall act as Common Safekeeper in relation to any such issue and agrees that no liability shall attach to the Issuing and Paying Agent in respect of any such election made by it. The Issuing and Paying Agent shall also observe the obligations set out under point 2 of the Issuer/ICSD Agreements.
Common Safekeeper. In relation to (i) each issue of Eurosystem-eligible NGNs or (ii) each issue of Eurosystem- eligible NSS Global Certificates, the Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Issuing and Paying Agent to elect Euroclear as Common Safekeeper. The Issuer acknowledges that any such election is subject to the right of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg to jointly determine that the other shall act as Common Safekeeper and agrees that no liability shall attach to the Issuing and Paying Agent in respect of such election made by it.
