Commingle Sample Clauses
The Commingle clause prohibits the mixing of one party's property, funds, or assets with those of another party. In practice, this means that any assets held on behalf of a client or third party must be kept in separate accounts or storage, distinct from the holder's own assets. This separation ensures clear ownership, prevents misuse or confusion over property rights, and protects the interests of the rightful owner in case of insolvency or legal disputes.
