Collections Received. Each of the SPV and the Master Servicer shall hold in trust, and deposit, immediately, but in any event not later than one Business Day of its receipt thereof, to a Blocked Account or, if required by Section 2.9, to the Collection Account, all Collections received by it from time to time.

Hold in trust, and immediately (but in any event no later than two (2) Business Days following the date of receipt thereof) transfer to the Servicer for deposit into the Collection Account (subject to Section 5.4(a)) all Collections, if any, received from time to time by the Issuer.

The Transferor shall, and shall cause each Originating Entity to, segregate and hold in trust, and deposit, immediately, but in any event not later than the day that occurs forty-eight (48) hours thereafter (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next Business Day) after its receipt thereof, to the Concentration Account all Collections received from time to time by the Transferor or such Originating Entity, as the case may be.

The Transferor shall, and shall instruct the Collection Agent and the Sellers to, hold in trust, and deposit immediately (but in any event no later than one (1) Business Day following receipt thereof) to a Lock-Box Account all Collections received from time to time by the Transferor, the Collection Agent and the Sellers.
Collections Received. The Seller shall hold in trust, and deposit, immediately, but in any event not later than the close of business on the second Business Day following its receipt thereof, to a Lock-Box Account all Collections received from time to time by the Seller.
