Collection Charges. If items of payment are received by Lender at a time when there are no Revolving Credit Loans outstanding, such items of payment shall be subject to a collection charge equal to two (2) days' interest on the amount thereof at the rate then applicable to Base Rate Advances, which collection charges shall be payable on the first Business Day of each month.

Collection Charges. Contributions to the above-referenced Fringe Benefit Funds shall be paid by the 15th day of the month following the month the employee worked. The parties agree that the failure of the Contractor to pay the fringe benefit contributions on time, or in correct amounts in accordance with the Joint Delinquency Collection (JDC) Policy shall pay, in addition to the contribution amounts owed, late payment assessments (LPAs).

If the buyer fails to fulfil his obligations (in due time) or defaults on them, then all reasonable costs incurred to have all extrajudicial costs and debts paid shall be borne by the buyer. Collection Charges. 6.1 The Company may take such action as it in its absolute discretion thinks fit to enforce its rights in respect of the Loan including without limitation employing third party agencies to collect any sums owing to the Company. The Borrower shall be liable to reimburse on demand and indemnify the Company against all charges and expenses which are of reasonable amount and are reasonably incurred by such third party agencies and the Company’s own reasonable legal costs and expenses.
