Collection Charges. If items of payment are received by Lender at a time when there are no Revolving Credit Loans outstanding, such items of payment shall be subject to a collection charge equal to two (2) days' interest on the amount thereof at the rate then applicable to Base Rate Advances, which collection charges shall be payable on the first Business Day of each month.
Collection Charges. Contributions to the above-referenced Fringe Benefit Funds shall be paid by the 15th day of the month following the month the employee worked. The parties agree that the failure of the Contractor to pay the fringe benefit contributions on time, or in correct amounts in accordance with the Joint Delinquency Collection (JDC) Policy shall pay, in addition to the contribution amounts owed, late payment assessments (LPAs).

If any part of any sum is not paid when due, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor (a) a one-time late charge to compensate Lessor for collecting and processing the late sum, such late charge is stipulated and liquidated at the greater of $.015 per dollar of each delayed sum or $15; plus (b) an interest charge after the first month in which the sum is late to compensate Lessor for the inability to reinvest the sum, such interest charge is stipulated and liquidated at 1 1/2% per month, or when less, the maximum allowed under applicable law; plus (c) a collection call charge to compensate Lessor for the time and expense in making any call, such collection phone call charge is stipulated and liquidated at $15.50 per collection call; plus (d) a personal visit charge to compensate Les- sor for the time and expense of making any visit, such personal visit charge is stipulated and liquidated at $50 per visit; plus (e) a returned-check or non-sufficient funds (“NSF”) charge to reimburse Lessor for its time and expense incurred with respect to a check that is returned for any reason including non-sufficient or uncollected funds, such NSF charge is stipulated at the greater of $50 or actual bank charges to Lessor, plus other amounts allowed by law.
Collection Charges. 1. If the buyer fails to fulfil his obligations (in due time) or defaults on them, then all reasonable costs incurred to have all extrajudicial costs and debts paid shall be borne by the buyer. If the buyer remains in default of payment within the set time period, he forfeits an immediately payable fine of 15% on the amount due at that moment. This with a minimum of € 250.
Collection Charges. In the event we refer your Account to an attorney who is not our salaried employee, you agree to pay all charges and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and litigation expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not apply to you if you are a resident of the State of Nebraska, Iowa or any other state that prohibits contracting for or charging of attorney fees with or to its residents.
Collection Charges. Should Fattmerchant take any action against Sub-Merchant to collect sums due hereunder, Sub-Merchant agrees to pay all costs associated with such collection efforts, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees.

Collection Charges. 6.1 The Company may take such action as it in its absolute discretion thinks fit to enforce its rights in respect of the Loan including without limitation employing third party agencies to collect any sums owing to the Company. The Borrower shall be liable to reimburse on demand and indemnify the Company against all charges and expenses which are of reasonable amount and are reasonably incurred by such third party agencies and the Company’s own reasonable legal costs and expenses.
Collection Charges. LESSEE AGREES THAT TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE TO THIS LEASE. Accordingly, if any part of sum is not paid when due, LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR upon demand; in the event any Monthly Lease Payment is not received within ten (10) days of the due date, a later charge on the Monthly Lease Payment equal to the grater of five (5%) or $15.00; and other amounts allowed by law.
