Collaboration Project. CSL Behring have decided to support the following activities that HAE Scandinavia has identify to improve the support to HAE patients around Scandinavia. Emergency Room Poster – DK, NO, SE Creation of an emergency room poster focusing on symptoms and possible differential diagnosis. The project includes graphical creation of the poster (based on previously approved messages and content), pre-press processing for image quality and poster quality, printing of poster in size A1 in the three languages (approx. 100 per country). Estimated budget at DKK 23.000,00 (CSL share of budget: DKK 11.500) Virtual Meeting – DK, NO, SE HAE Scandinavia is in the process of producing a virtual meeting scheduled to take place before the summer break. This virtual event will feature HAE Scandinavia, who we are, and what we do for patients and care givers in the Scandinavian countries. It will introduce all our board members as well as show videos produced by our youngsters. Estimated budget of DKK 47.000,00 (CSL share of budget: DKK 23.500) Meet & Greet – DK After a long lock-down we all need to meet again. HAE Scandinavia is therefore considering three smaller face-to-face meetings in Copenhagen, Odense, and Århus in late May or early June. The idea is to meet our patients and care givers and give them updates in an informal manner. We have an estimated budget of DKK 33.000,00 for these three meetings. (CSL share of the budget: DKK 16.500) HAE TrackR – DK, NO, SE HAE Scandinavia will be rolling out the HAEi app “HAE TrackR” that will provide our patients with a tool for patients to track their attacks, medication, and how they are feeling. The support will be given as an unrestricted grant for Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxx to produce up to five Podcast-episodes. Alpha-1 Denmark estimates the cost per episode to 51 000 SEK (See attachment) The recorded podcast episodes will be published and distributed xxx Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxx website with the purpose of sharing the content with both patients, Health Care Professionals and others with interest in the field.

Collaboration Project. HAE Scandinavia will be conducting a Scandinavian conference in Copenhagen, Denmark on 12 – 14 November 2021. The conference will also be the celebration of HAE Scandinavia’s 20th anniversary. The purpose of the conference is to educate patients and care givers about the power of prophylactic treatment and care – a paradigm shift. There will be no promotion of products during the conference. We expect to welcome around 125 delegates from Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. HAE Scandinavia are currently working on the agenda that will include lectures from both health care professionals, HAE Scandinavia, HAEi, and external speaker(s). CSL Behring has decided to support this important project. HAE Scandinavia will clearly communicate and recognize that CSL Behring has undertaken to support this project with CSL Behring’s logo on the conference website, the conference program and the conference bags. CSL Behring will also be given the opportunity to have a booth (small stand) at the conference to share information and materials approved for patients.

  • Research Project 3.1 These Materials and Data will be used by Recipient's PI solely in connection with the Research Project, as named and described in the attached research application (insert Research Project name below):

  • Development Program A. Development activities to be undertaken (Please break activities into subunits with the date of completion of major milestones)

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.

  • Research Program 2.1 University will use reasonable efforts to conduct the Research Program described in Attachment A which is hereby incorporated in full by reference (“Research Program”), and will furnish the facilities necessary to carry out said Research Program.
