Client Lists. You agree that we may identify you by name in client lists, marketing presentations, and promotional materials.
Client Lists. The Company hereby consents to the Distributor's, the Fund's, or its investment adviser's use or reference to the Company's name in connection with any full, partial or representative list of clients.
Client Lists. Exhibit A attached hereto contains a complete and correct list of each client, as amended, including the date of the Client Lists and each amendment thereto. The Client List is a true, accurate, and complete listing of all clients of the Seller, including former clients, since inception of the Business and there are no material disputes or threatened disputes with any Person listed on the Client List.
Client Lists. You agree that we may identify you by name in client lists. We may also use your name in marketing presentations and promotional materials. We will obtain your written consent prior to identifying you in any of these marketing and promotional documents or materials.
Client Lists. It being recognized and acknowledged that Franchisee's client base is derived, in large part, from its affiliation with Franchisor and from the goodwill associated with the Marks, it is the intent of the parties to this Agreement that the client base of the Franchised Business shall inure to the benefit of the Franchisor and, upon expiration of this Agreement or termination of this Agreement for any reason, Franchisee shall deliver to Franchisor all copies of all materials in Franchisee's possession which in any way identify the clients of the Franchised Business. Franchisee further agrees not to contact clients of the Franchised Business for the purpose of offering services of the type provided by the Franchised Business for a period of two (2) years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Franchisee agrees that any failure by Franchisee to fully comply with this Section 24.4. shall constitute an unfair method of competition.
Client Lists. You agree that we may identify you by name in client lists. We agree to not identify you in marketing presentations and promotional materials without your prior written authorization.
Client Lists. Section 3.01(e) of the Disclosure Schedule contains a complete and correct list of each Client List, as amended, including the date of such Client List and each amendment thereto. Each Client List is a true, accurate, and complete listing of each and every client, including former clients of the Sellers since January 1, 2014.
Client Lists. The Distributor and the Fund Company agree that they will not ------------ use any list of Edward's clients which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the solicitation of any product or service, communication of any kind, except such communication as may be required by law, regulation, or administrative order, or the solicitation of exchanges of any other Funds without Xxxxxxx' express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise will be deemed to prohibit or restrict the Distributor or the Fund Company in any way from solicitations of any product or service, communications of any kind, or any exchange directed at the general public, provided such solicitation or communication is not based upon such list. The provisions of this paragraph shall apply to any and all affiliates, subsidiaries, successor entities, whether merged or otherwise, and any and all other related surviving entities of the Fund Company.
Client Lists. Upon the request of the PBC, Vendor must disclose to the PBC its past client list and the names of any clients with whom it has an ongoing relationship. Vendor is not permitted to perform any services for the PBC contracts awarded based on applications or other documents submitted to the PBC by any of Vendor’s past or present clients where Vendor has had any involvement in the preparation of any of such applications or other documents. If Vendor becomes aware of a conflict, it must immediately stop work on the assignment causing the conflict and notify the PBC.
Client Lists. You agree that we may identify you by name in client lists. We shall not use your name or logo or any variation of such name or logo in any publicity, advertising or promotional materials. We shall not use your name or logo in any manner that would give the appearance that you are endorsing us. We shall not in any way contract on behalf of or in the name of the District. We shall not release any informational pamphlets, notices, press releases, research reports, or similar public notices concerning the you or its projects, without obtaining the prior written approval of the District.
